*Job Description:*
– Plan fabric requirements, place orders with suppliers, and ensure timely delivery with accurate documentation and billing
– Dispatch fabrics to garment units with complete order details, including quantities, patterns, and size charts, and track daily production progress
– Coordinate with the sales team for client samples, pricing inputs, and resolution of operational issues related to orders
– Prepare delivery challans/slips, coordinate dispatches with clients, ensure payment confirmation, and manage logistics documentation
– Maintain daily production and order status updates, communicate repeat orders clearly, and keep all trackers and templates up to date
