Roles and Responsibilities:
Sourcing profiles by visiting job portal / vendor management, candidate referrals, job
posting, maintain CVs database, screen the CVs.
Interacting with the candidates and arranging the interviews of candidates.
Identify right candidates, Conduct interviews and negotiate with them.
Requirements:
Good English Communication Skills Required.
