Experience: 2 – 10 year’s School / Campus / Institutional Construction Projects
Age Limit: 25 – 40 year’s
Job Description:
Lead and manage civil construction projects from design to execution and final delivery
Provide technical support by reviewing drawings, BOQs, and specifications for accuracy and feasibility
Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, contractors, and project teams
Develop project schedules, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion
Oversee site execution with a focus on quality standards and safety compliance
Ensure adherence to design codes, regulatory requirements, and project specifications
Assist in project planning, estimation, and cost optimization while managing budgets
Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and resolve technical/engineering issues proactively
Prepare technical documentation, MIS reports, and project status updates for management
Optimize resource allocation and ensure efficient project execution
