We are looking for experienced Fleet Manager to manage our end-to-end fleet operations across all stores and the rider network.
The ideal candidate will ensure smooth coordination, operational efficiency, and compliance across fleet and delivery activities.
Roles and Responsibilities:
– Manage and monitor riders and delivery staff
– Oversee vehicle and fleet operations to ensure smooth functioning
– Co-ordinate effectively between stores and rider teams
– Track daily operations, routes, and performance metrics
– Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and operational standards
– Improve operational efficiency and resolve fleet-related issues
