Age: 18 to 25 years.

Shift Timings: 10:30 AM to 8:00 PM

Experience: 0- 1 years ( Freshers can apply )

Job Description:

· Making follow-up and reminder calls to patients

· Explaining treatments, offers, and packages

· Coordinating appointments over phone

· Maintaining call logs and feedback reports

· Building a good rapport with patients over calls

Languages: Fluent in English, Telugu, and Hindi

· Good communication skills and pleasant personality

· Strong PR (public relations) and interpersonal skills

· Well-groomed and presentable

· Female candidates preferred

· Must reside nearby Kondapur area and be flexible with the work schedule
