Location: Bachupally, Hyderabad, Telangana.

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

Salary: 20K – 30K Per Month

Experience: 3 – 5 Year’s in Real Estate Sales

Job Description:

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and achieving revenue targets by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, nurturing existing client relationships, and effectively presenting our products and services.

You will play a key role in expanding our customer base and ensuring client satisfaction.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Prospecting and Lead Generation:

Identify and target potential clients through market research, networking, and outreach.
Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects.
Qualify leads and determine their potential value to the company.
Sales Presentation and Negotiation:

Present and demonstrate company products and services to potential clients.
Tailor presentations to meet the needs and interests of individual clients.
Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet or exceed targets.
Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries and issues promptly.
Regularly follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and explore opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
Market Analysis and Reporting:

Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Analyze sales performance and prepare regular reports for management.
Provide insights and recommendations for improving sales strategies and performance.
Collaboration and Communication:

Work closely with other sales team members and departments to ensure a cohesive approach to client management and sales strategy.
Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and company events as required.
