Position: Mainframe System Programmer
Location: Gachibowli, Hyderabad

Job description
Proven experience as a Mainframe System Programmer or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of mainframe operating systems (e.g., z/OS, OS/390).
• Proficiency in mainframe programming languages (e.g., COBOL, Assembler).
• Experience with mainframe utilities and tools (e.g., JCL, TSO, ISPF).
• Experience with installing, patching 3rd Party Software (CA, BMC, IBM).
• Experience with CICS System Administration.
• Experience with DR setup and recovery of MF system.
• Experience with system management Tools like TADz, SMF data.
• Understanding of DASD, TAPE management.
• Maintaining huge enterprise Mainframe System having SYSPLEX setup.
• Familiarity with database management systems (e.g., DB2, IMS).
• Advantage to have Experience with AS400 as system programmer.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with mainframe security and compliance standards.
• Knowledge of mainframe networking and storage technologies.
• Certification in mainframe technologies (e.g., IBM Certified System Programmer).
