Job Description:
1.Role Purpose
Manage online customer communication, CRM updates, follow-ups and customer-service requests.
2.Key Responsibilities
Handle enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email and approved online channels; maintain complete CRM interaction history; handle post-booking queries; provide approved updates on payments, documentation and construction; create follow-up tasks; escalate complaints within SLA; coordinate with sales, collections, finance, legal and project teams.
3.Core KPIs / Performance Measures
Response time; first-contact resolution; follow-up completion; CRM accuracy; complaint SLA compliance; customer satisfaction; escalation ageing.
