Job Description:
1.Role Purpose
Manage customer payment follow-up, ageing and collection coordination while maintaining professional customer communication.
2.Key Responsibilities
Track customer payment schedules and outstanding balances; conduct scheduled payment reminders; coordinate receipts and payment confirmations; maintain collection MIS and ageing reports; escalate overdue accounts according to policy; coordinate with sales/CRM/legal teams; maintain complete records of commitments and follow-ups.
3.Core KPIs / Performance Measures
Collection vs target; overdue reduction; promise-to-pay adherence; follow-up completion; receipt/reconciliation accuracy; ageing reduction
