Position: Social Media & Content Manager

Job Description:
⦁ Plan and execute monthly social media strategies and content calendars
⦁ Conduct basic market, audience, and competitor research (SWOT / PEST / GAP) to identify content and positioning opportunities.
⦁ Create, shoot, and edit short- and long-form content (Reels, videos, carousels, memes)
⦁ Manage daily posting, scheduling, and profile optimization
⦁ Engage with the community via comments, DMs, lives, polls, and campaigns
⦁ Execute organic and paid campaigns; track performance and optimize
⦁ Manage influencer collaborations and maintain creator databases
⦁ Stay updated with trends and test new content formats
