Job Description:

We are looking for experienced Sales Manager for Pune location.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical/electrical engineering and a proven track record of driving sales and developing business strategies.

The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales operations, maintaining customer relationships, and leading a dynamic team to achieve sales targets.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy Development: Formulate and execute effective sales strategies to achieve business targets and maximize revenue.
Team Leadership: Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance and target achievement.
Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
