Maintain and update records for Accounts and Purchase departments
Ensure accurate data entry of purchase orders, purchase receipts, bills, and vendor payments
Maintain strong relationships with suppliers/vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials
Follow up with suppliers to resolve delivery or documentation issues promptly
Manage In-Transit Purchase Requisition (PR) records and ensure regular follow-ups
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth purchase and payment processes
