1. Tender Identification: Identify and track tender opportunities, ensuring timely submission of bids.
2. Tender Preparation: Coordinate and prepare tender documents, including technical and commercial proposals.
3. Team Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, including sales, technical, and operations, to ensure tender requirements are met.
4. Bid Strategy: Develop and implement bid strategies to increase win rates.
5. Tender Submission: Ensure timely submission of tenders, meeting client requirements and deadlines.
6. Bid Review: Review and analyze tender documents, identifying risks and opportunities.
7. Client Relationship: Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and requirements.
