Inventory Manager From Medical Instrument

Position: Inventory Manager From Any type of Surgical Instrument Or Medical Device Company

Location: Triplicane, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600002

Salary: 30,000 to 40,000 as per current Salary

Experience: Min 4 – 5 Years .

Job Description:

Applicant has to do below Roles and Responsibilities

1. Daily I will check the mails and will do that related works

2. Following purchase order

Once order receives from branches, private or government hospitals, I will take a necessary action with our teams for arranging the supplies.
Attending calls from branches and marketing teams for conveying supply status or if they need any requirement
After supplied If they need any replacement or any modification I will take care of any issues
Some private party I will share pro-forma invoice for collecting payment.
Maintain pending orders from branches, private and government hospitals.
3. Following with factory

I will share pending orders to factory and follow up if they arrange any instruments like mastery instruments
I will show instruments physically and get approval sign for mastery instruments for both directors
I will follow up HO rework instruments from factory
4. Enquires & order placing (out station purchase)

Non available instruments I will prepare in excel and will share our vendors.
Once he shared the rates I will compare all vendor rates and whatever rates suitable for us we will place an order.
I will follow up pending supplies from vendor also.
If instruments received from outstation purchase I will show instruments physically and get approval sign for the Jalandhar instruments.
5. Vendor Payment following

I will follow factory mastery payment and here HO Payment
6. In Accounting wise if they need any support for closing stock value I will share.
