Job Description:
Manage complete import and export documentation, including Bills of Lading, commercial invoices, certificates, and related shipping documents.
Coordinate end-to-end customs clearance activities with freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs agents, and logistics partners.
Handle foreign currency transactions and ensure accurate accounting of forex-related gains and losses.
Maintain proper records of foreign exchange transactions, logistics expenses, customs duties, and clearance-related costs.
Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, and other applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate effectively with internal departments, banks, customs officials, vendors, and external service providers.
Monitor documentation and financial records to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely processing.
