Position: Assistant Store Manager – Apparel
Location: Banjara hills, Hyderabad
Experience: 4–5 years in fashion or lifestyle retail
Salary: 35K – 45K Per Month

*Job Summary:*
We are looking for an Assistant Store Manager to support daily store operations, drive sales, manage inventory, and lead the store team in a fashion or lifestyle retail environment.
*Key Responsibilities:*
⦁ Assist in day-to-day store operations and ensure SOP compliance
⦁ Supervise, train, and motivate store staff
⦁ Deliver excellent customer service and handle escalations
⦁ Support visual merchandising and store display updates
⦁ Assist in inventory management and stock control
⦁ Handle POS, billing, and daily reporting
⦁ Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and tracking KPIs
