Position: Sales Manager From Any Medical Instrument Product
Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka
Salary: 50,000 to 80,000 PM as per current Salary
Experience: Min 3 – 5 Years of Surgical Instrument Or Medical Device Sales
Job Description:
Capable of handling team over Bengaluru, Driving the team by collecting their plan complete the same and send to reporting manager.
Working with sales reps on a day to basis in hospitals / nursing homes and reporting the same to the reporting manager.
Submit their work plan and sales plan on before 5th of every month to Reporting manager
Achieving the plan by Quarterly basis.
Promoting the brand of imported instruments in all surgical department and hospital equipment by meeting doctors/ operation theater manager / purchase department on day to day basis along with sales reps
Preparing monthly report:
1. Target rate achieve
2. Tenders participation
3. Back lock
4. Any other issues
