Position: Accounts Executive – E-commerce
Location: Gachibowli, Hyderabad
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month
Qualification: B.Com
Experience: 3–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in E-commerce, Retail
Skills: MS Excel, Tally, Zoho, GST, TDS
*Job Description:*
– Reconcile sales, returns, refunds, commissions, logistics charges, and other deductions across marketplaces such as Amazon, Myntra, Flipkart, etc.
– Match order-level data between accounting systems, marketplace reports, payment gateways, and bank settlements
– Track TCS, GST, promotional deductions, and settlement variances
– Identify, analyze, and resolve discrepancies and revenue leakages
– Maintain accurate books of accounts and pass journal entries
– Perform bank reconciliations and ledger scrutiny
– Record sales, purchases, expenses, and inventory-related transactions
– Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B)
– Prepare basic MIS reports including P&L, cash flow, and variance analysis
