Position: Pediatric Critical Care Specialist
Location: Hyderabad, Telangana
Salary: 24 LPA – 36 LPA
Qualification: MBBS with MD/DNB in Pediatrics.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a PICU setting.
*Fellowship in Pediatric Intensive Care (PICU) is mandatory.*
*Job Description:*
Provide comprehensive critical care management for pediatric patients with severe and life-threatening conditions.
Diagnose and treat conditions such as sepsis, respiratory failure, neurological emergencies, multi-organ dysfunction, and trauma.
Perform advanced life-saving procedures including endotracheal intubation, central venous catheter placement, and chest tube insertion.
Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams, including nurses, respiratory therapists, and other specialists, to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Manage post-operative care for complex pediatric surgical cases.
Participate in and guide the use of advanced life support technologies, including mechanical ventilation and ECMO (Extracorporeal Membrane Oxygenation).
Communicate effectively with patients’ families, providing guidance and support during high-stress and critical situations.
Ensure adherence to clinical protocols, safety standards, and ethical medical practices.
