Position: VTL Operator (CNC – Fanuc System)
Location: Patancheru, Hyderabad, Telangana
Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month
Qualification: ITI / Diploma
Experience: 3 – 5 Year’s
Working Hours: 8 hours/Day

*Job Description:*
Operate and set up VTL machines using Fanuc CNC controls
Understands engineering drawings and works accordingly
Select appropriate tooling, cutting parameters (feeds & speeds), and materials
Perform machining operations with high accuracy and efficiency
Use precision measuring instruments such as Vernier calipers, micrometers, and bore gauges to ensure quality.
Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments
Perform basic CNC machine maintenance and troubleshooting
Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
