Job Description:
We are looking for a Senior Power Apps Developer / Power Automate Developer who can architect, design, and deliver enterprise-grade solutions on Microsoft Power Platform.
The candidate will lead requirement discussions, drive end-to-end delivery, and mentor junior developers while ensuring best practices and governance.
Roles and Responsibilities:
– Architect and develop enterprise Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven)
– Build complex workflows using Power Automate (Cloud + Desktop Flows)
– Develop reusable components, custom connectors, and automation frameworks Integrate with SharePoint Online, Dataverse, SQL Server, Dynamics 365, Teams, Outlook, and REST APIs
– Lead requirement workshops and translate needs into technical designs
– Provide consulting on best practices, governance, licensing, and scalability
– Implement ALM practices, version control, and deployment pipelines
– Ensure security, compliance, and environment governance
– Document architecture, data models, SOPs, and release notes
– Conduct code reviews and performance optimization
– Mentor junior developers and support CoE initiatives
– Stay updated with Power Platform releases and innovation opportunities
