Experience:12–15 years of experience in media sales, specifically radio and TV

⦁ Lead, mentor, and manage the regional sales team to achieve business targets
⦁ Develop and execute strategic sales plans for radio and TV advertising
⦁ Drive revenue growth by acquiring new clients and expanding existing accounts
⦁ Build strong relationships with key advertisers, agencies, and media partners
⦁ Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
⦁ Set sales targets, track performance, and ensure consistent achievement
⦁ Coordinate with programming, marketing, and operations teams
⦁ Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports
⦁ Represent the organization at industry events and client meetings
