Position: Senior Design Engineer – Audio Electronics
Location: E-City, Hyderabad, Telangana
Experience: 5 – 10 years designing high-performance audio electronics in consumer or professional audio equipment (loudspeakers, headphones, mixers, amplifiers).
Salary: 8LPA – 10LPA
Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field
Job description:
⦁ Digital Signal Processing (DSP):
Develop and fine-tune digital audio algorithms like equalizers, crossovers, and noise cancellation.
Program DSP features using C/C++ or MATLAB, and validate them on real hardware platforms.
⦁ Amplifier & Power Systems:
Design high-efficiency amplifier circuits (Class-D/AB) with low distortion and thermal stability.
Plan and implement power supply systems using SMPS, LDOs, and other power components.
⦁ Circuit & Interface Design:
Build analog and digital I/O circuits such as mic preamps, headphone outs, USB, and Bluetooth modules.
Integrate audio ICs and manage digital protocols like I²S, I²C, SPI, and TDM.
⦁ Prototyping & Lab Testing:
Create working prototypes and conduct detailed lab tests for audio quality, power efficiency, and reliability.
Ensure designs meet standards for EMI/EMC, thermal performance, and long-term durability.
⦁ Cross-Functional Integration:
Collaborate with PCB layout, mechanical, and acoustic teams for product integration.
Optimize designs for signal integrity and effective enclosure layout.
⦁ Manufacturing & Compliance:
Prepare complete technical documentation including schematics, BOMs, and test guides.
Support manufacturing teams and ensure products meet BIS, safety, and international compliance standards.
