Experience: 2–3 year’s Experience in Factory / Manufacturing / Food Processing

Responsible for managing daily factory production, labor allocation, order tracking, and team coordination to ensure smooth manufacturing operations.
*Key Responsibilities:*
⦁ Manage daily production flow as per plan and ensure smooth execution of processing activities
⦁ Track purchase orders and production requirements; assign tasks to workers and ensure timely completion
⦁ Allocate labour based on skills and production priorities, monitor productivity and optimize manpower
⦁ Supervise blue-collar workers on the shop floor and coordinate with HR/management for manpower needs
