Job Description:
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Tele Caller to make outbound calls to potential customers, explain products/services, and assist in resolving queries of Customers.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers for lead generation.
Explain the product or service offered by the company in a clear and persuasive manner.
Coordinate with interested customers to book appointments.
Make calls customers after service to gather feedback.
Maintain daily records of calls made, responses received, appointments fixed, and feedback gathered.
