Job Description:
1. Lead Generation & Business Development
– Find new customers through cold calling, networking, referrals, and online searches.
– Build a list of potential clients to grow sales.
2. Sales & Negotiation
– Present company products or services to customers.
– Meet with clients, give product demos, and explain benefits.
3. Customer Relationship Management
– Keep good relationships with existing customers.
– Help customers with their questions or problems after the sale.
– Use CRM software to update and manage customer details.
4. Market Research & Analysis
– Study the market to understand new trends and what competitors are doing.
– Gather feedback from customers to improve products and services.
5. Marketing & Campaign Management
– Plan and run marketing activities like email campaigns and social media promotions.
-Help organize trade shows, events, or product demos.
