Position: L2 Network Support Engineer
Location: Hi-Tec City, Hyderabad, Telangana
Qualification: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree
Salary: 30K – 35K Per Month in Hand
Experience: 1-3 years of hands-on experience in network support and system administration
Certification: CCNA or equivalent knowledge level
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Level 2 Network Support Engineer to join our in-house technical team.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in networking hardware, server configurations, firewall security, and Wi-Fi solutions.
Roles and Responsibilities:
– Manage and troubleshoot routers (Mikrotik, Cisco, Unifi) and switches (Cisco, Huawei, TP-Link, Unifi).
– Configure and maintain DNS, DHCP Servers, and Active Directory- Deploy and maintain firewalls (PfSense, OPNsense, FortiGate, Sophos).
– Setup, manage, and troubleshoot Wi-Fi networks (Cisco, Aruba, TP-Link, Unifi).
– Assist in electrical planning and NOC Room infrastructure setup.
– Maintain documentation of network issues and resolutions.
– Coordinate with clients/internal teams using effective communication and CRM tools.
– Ensure SLA compliance and follow escalation protocols as needed.
