Job Description:
We are looking for a Desk Support Engineer to provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
The ideal candidate will have foundational knowledge in network support and system administration.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Provide first-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Install, configure, and maintain desktop systems and peripherals.
Support LAN, WAN, and internet connectivity troubleshooting.
Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate teams and track them through resolution.
