Experience: 1–3 years of sales experience in home improvement, construction, interiors, or real estate.

Qualification: Any Degree

Languages: English, Telugu, and Hindi.

Job Description:

We are seeking a Marketing/Sales Executive who will bridge the gap between digital leads and on-site project closures.

This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, a strong understanding of customer needs, and the ability to manage both online and field sales interactions effectively.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Lead Handling & Follow-up:

Engage with leads generated by the digital marketing team.
Promptly respond to qualified leads shared by the tele calling team.
Maintain accurate lead records using Excel or CRM systems.
Client Interaction & Site Visits:

Schedule and conduct site visits to understand bathroom renovation requirements.
Explain Reno-Bath’s offerings, design process, and execution model to clients.
Build trust and rapport with homeowners or commercial property clients.
Requirement Collection & Coordination:

Document key details: bathroom measurements, fittings needed, aesthetic Preferences, and pain points.
Coordinate with estimators and designers to generate proposals and designs.
Ensure timely follow-up with clients on shared quotations and designs.
