Job Description:
Lead Qualification: – Assess and qualify leads to determine their level of interest, budget, and timeline. – and convert them into closures with potential buyers and investors.
Client Relationship Management: – Conduct property tours and presentations and address client queries.
Sales Negotiation and Closing: – Negotiate with potential buyers and Investors to achieve optimal outcomes
Market Analysis and Research: – Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments – Analyze sales data and performance metrics to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
