Location: Madhapur, Hyderabad

Salary: 20k to 25k Negotiable as per current salary

Experience: Min 1 Year In Real Estate

Qualification: Any Degree ( Saturday and Sunday working day, Tuesday weekly off )

Job Description:

* Identify and pursue new Customers through effective prospecting and lead generation.

* Utilize various channels, including networking events, social media, and cold calling, to build a robust pipeline of potential clients.

* Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with clients

* Understand clients’ needs and preferences to provide tailored real estate solutions.

* Conduct negotiations on behalf of clients to secure favourable deals.

* Guide clients through the closing process, ensuring a smooth and efficient transaction.

Stay informed about local real estate market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

Preferred candidate profile

* Proven working experience in edutech or real estate Tele Calling.

* Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
