Position: Lead Java Developer
Location: Hyderabad Remote
Salary: 18 LPA to 24 LPA
Experience: 10 Years
Proven experience as a Full stack Java Developer (Very strong conceptually and familiaritywith different modules) for at least 10 years, with a strong understanding of Angular, react,Databases, Java EE, Spring Boot and SpringFramework, Kafka, Unit test, Python(familiarity), and related technologies.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalentexperience).
Extensive knowledge of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, etc.).
Proven track record of successfully leading IT projects in healthcare, finance, or retailsectors
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design, development, and deployment of complex Java applications.
Utilize React to create dynamic and responsive front-end interfaces.
Implement and manage cloud-based solutions, ensuring scalability and reliability.
Mentor, coach, and support junior developers in US, fostering a culture of continuouslearning and improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, deliverables,and timelines.
Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, integrating newsolutions where appropriate.
Drive innovation within the team, encouraging creative problem-solving and aproactive approach to project challenges.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and deliver customized IT solutions.
