Position: Quality Engineer
Location: Shamshabad, Maheswaram Mandal, Hyderabad 500 066.
Qualification: Essential: B.E./ B. Tech / Diploma with specialization in Electronics, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, from a State/Govt. recognized University.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹28,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per month
Experience : 3 to 5 years.
Responsible for In-process / Final / Inward Quality Assurance, Defect Analysis and Corrective Actions
Developing the action plan on daily quality problems, Root cause analysis and initiating corrective & preventive actions (CAPA), In process Inspection stage wise.
Ensuring adherence to ISO 9001 & Supervising the continuous up gradation of quality management system and procedures
Exposure to 7 QC Tools, 5’s, KIAZEN
Generating MIS reports for facilitating decision making by the top management
First part approval, Online Inspection, Line clearance, problem solving, defect analysis. –etc.
KEY COMPETENCIES REQUIRED (Technical & Behavioral)
1. Knowledge of Machines/ Process , working in MS Office, ERP , well versed with ISO 9001 Quality system and Documentations, Problem solving Skills.
2. Has very good knowledge of latest Lean manufacturing techniques, like 5’S, KIZEN, POKAYOKE etc to get desired product Quality.
3. Preferably should be from Electronics / Electrical background.
4. Good knowledge of time and cost saving techniques, well versed with latest problem solving and troubleshooting techniques like CAPA, Why-Why analysis.
