Junior Interior Designer

Position: Junior Interior Designer Female

Location: Madhapur, Hyderabad

Salary: 30k to 40k

Experience: Min 2 Year Working Experience.

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with senior designers and architects to develop design concepts that meet client requirements, project objectives, and budget constraints.

2. Assist in preparing design presentations, including mood boards, sketches, renderings, and 3D models, to effectively communicate design ideas to clients and project stakeholders.

3. Conduct research on materials, products, and design trends to inform the design process and ensure innovative and relevant solutions.

4. Contribute to the creation of detailed drawings, plans, and specifications for construction and renovation projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with building codes and regulations.

5. Assist in coordinating with consultants, contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to facilitate the implementation of design solutions and ensure project timelines and budgets are met.

6. Participate in site visits and inspections to monitor project progress, address design-related issues, and ensure quality control during the construction phase.

7. Support the procurement process by assisting in sourcing and selecting furniture, fixtures, finishes, and equipment that align with the design concept, budget, and project requirements.

8. Assist in maintaining project documentation, including drawings, schedules, and correspondence, to ensure accurate record-keeping and facilitate project management activities.

9. Contribute to team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and design reviews by sharing ideas, providing feedback, and actively participating in problem-solving discussions.

10. Continuously seek opportunities for professional development and growth by staying abreast of industry trends, attending workshops or conferences, and pursuing relevant certifications or qualifications.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field from an accredited institution. A combination of education and relevant work experience of 2+ years.

2. Strong proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and rendering tools.

3. Excellent visual and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas and concepts effectively to clients, team members, and stakeholders.

4. Basic knowledge of building codes, construction techniques, and materials commonly used in interior design and architecture projects.

5. Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics, proportion, and spatial relationships.

6. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
