Position: Operations Supervisor
Salary: 20k-25k pm
Location: Near Ocean Park, Gandipet, Kokapet, Telangana 500075
Qualification: Any Degree
Experience: 1-3 years
Requirements:
•1-3 years of experience handling guest inquiries, billing and maintaining the team schedule ( shifts, weekoffs and work allocation).
•Should understand the concerns of guests and handle them in polite way and convince them without any disturbances.
•Need to be good in communicating English, Telugu and Hindi.
•Should have basic knowledge and work in MS Office and prepare sales reports and other presentations.
•Responsibilities should be his/her high priority.
•Should be flexible in work shift process and work in all roles.
