Position: Operations Manager
Location: Jubilee hills, Hyderabad
Salary: 1L-1.5L pm
Experience: Min 10- 12 years in Jewellery manufacturing field (managerial level)
Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of store operations, including sales, Staff Development, customer service, inventory management, and marketing.
Set and track sales goals and ensure that they are met.
Train and motivate staff to provide excellent customer service.
Be the single point of contact between backend team and management.
Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies.
Maintain a clean and organized store.
Comply with all company policies and procedures.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Represent the company to the public in a professional manner.
