Qualifications and Skills:
Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in sales positions.
Excellent communication, sales, customer service and coordination skills.
Proficient in MS Office and sales applications.
Exceptional time-management and organizational skills.
Job Responsibilities:
Support Sales Team: Assist the sales team in improving productivity by scheduling customer appointments and providing up-to-date support materials.
Order Management: Handle order processing via phone, email, or mail, ensuring accuracy in pricing, discounts, and product details. Ensure orders meet customer requirements and are delivered on time.
Customer Communication: Address urgent calls, emails, and messages in the absence of sales representatives. Answer customer queries, inform them of any delays, and coordinate delivery schedules.
Quotation Preparation and Submission: Prepare price quotations for potential customers based on their specific requirements. Submit timely and accurate quotations to clients to facilitate the sales process.
Interdepartmental Coordination: Collaborate with other departments to streamline sales, marketing, and delivery processes, ensuring efficient handling of queries and requests.
Record Keeping and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive sales records, prepare reports, and provide financial information to the finance department. Ensure adherence to laws, regulations, and company policies.
