Position : Sr Accountant
Qualification: B.COM, M.COM, MBA (Finance)
Location: Hitech city road, Kondapur, Hyderabad
Salary: 45k-55k
Experience: 9+ years
Age should be above 32 years
Job description:
●Reconciliation and verification of various transactions for assigned convenience stores, subway, cardlock and commission locations. This includes but not limited to: Bank deposits, coupons, paid outs, credit cards, fuel, etc.,
●Weekly reconciliation of State of New York and New Jersey lottery.
●Entering and correction of C-Store invoicing for inventory accuracy.
●Importing and reconciliation of fuel Bill of Ladings.
●Balancing and posting local charges.
●Identify any variances and resolve with store leadership and area management.
●Provide customer support to resolve credit card charges being disputed.
●Prepare Daily & month-end reconciliations and activities supporting month-end closing. This includes but not limited to: Review all processed and approved reconciliations, counting and mailing coupons to appropriate manufacturer, shredding, and file cabinet organization, etc.
●Follow accounting policies and procedures. Complete company-required training within established guidelines.
Skills Required:
● Computer literacy and experience of using Spreadsheet application software is required.
● Good communication skills with ability to work in a team environment effectively is necessary
● Accuracy and data entry skills are required
● 9years of reconciliation experience – cash and inventory is a MUST
● Ability to organise and prioritize daily and weekly tasks
● Math skills and attention to details is essential
