You will be responsible for managing daily activities of the team, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring their schedules run smoothly. Your organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information will be crucial in this role.
Responsibilities:
●Calendar Management: Efficiently manage the executive’s calendar, schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements, ensuring optimal use of time and resources.
●Communication: Act as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders, handling incoming and outgoing communication, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
●Organization: Organize and maintain files, documents, and records, both physical and electronic, ensuring easy access and confidentiality.
●Meeting Coordination: Prepare agendas, minutes, and presentations for meetings, coordinate logistics, and follow up on action items to ensure timely completion.
●Research and Analysis: Conduct research, compile data, and provide summaries or reports as requested by the executive, assisting in decision-making processes.
●Confidentiality: Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive information, documents, and discussions.
●Miscellaneous Tasks: Handle various administrative tasks such as filing, record-keeping, taking minutes, and other ad-hoc duties as required.
