Position: Inbound Sales Only Male Candidate
Location: Vattinagulapally, Nanakaramguda, Telangana 500075
Qualification: Any Graduate
Salary: 15k to 22k + Accommodation + Meal
Experience: Fresher to 2 Year.
Responding to Inbound Sales Inquiries: Effectively handling and responding to inquiries from potential customers.
Engaging with Customers: Providing exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and furnishing accurate information about our products and services.
Identifying Sales Opportunities: Understanding customer needs and proactively offering tailored solutions to maximize sales opportunities.
Updating CRM System: Keeping detailed and up-to-date records of customer interactions in our CRM system for future reference and analysis.
We are seeking candidates who possess the following qualifications:
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English.
Proficiency in multitasking, as the role demands swift and efficient handling of customer inquiries.
Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer applications.
