Role & responsibilities
Be excited to address customer problems with solutions.
Reach out through outbound/inbound campaigns (cold calls, LinkedIn & e-mails)
Develop sales opportunities by researching, understanding, and identifying the right prospects
Build rapport and maintain relationship
Assess the competition, customer challenges and pain points from time to time and be up to date with market trends
Acquire good knowledge of solutions/services to address questions and overcome objections while speaking to prospective customers
Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales leads for further development and closure
