Candidate Should be Graduate with 3-4 years of experience in Store. He should be able to handle the entire stores individually and should be computer savvy. Candidate worked in factory will be given preference.

• Prepare Goods Receipts Note (GRN), record issues to shop floors, conduct periodical stock verification and maintain product wise reorder levels to ensure material availability to avoid stock-out position
• Obtain materials requisition (BOQ) from shop floor and follow up with the purchase department for in time delivery of the materials
• Receive the materials ordered by the purchase department and supplied by the vendors as per the laid down procedure
• Ensure the correctness in the quality, quantity, specifications, condition of the materials received from vendors
• Stock the materials received from vendors properly as to ensure easy access for identification, verification, handling, maintenance etc.
• Ensure proper stocking of materials by using appropriate method of care and preservation to avoid any damage and loss.
• Ensure proper safety measures are taken for the safety of the store, materials in the store etc.
• Generate reports and submit to concerned authorities (IN/OUT status report, dead stock report etc).
• Conduct inventory audits to determine inventory levels and needs
• Manage stock control and reconcile physical stock with data storage system at frequent intervals.
• Use software to monitor demand and document characteristics of inventory
• Place orders to replenish stock avoiding insufficiency or excessive surplus
• Should be well versed with RGP, NRGP and other entry / passes related to stores.
