Position: Senior HR Executive Female

Location: MAHESHWARAM, R.R. DIST 500066, HYDERABAD, TELANGANA, INDIA ( Near Shamshabad Airport )

Pick up Drop Facility From all Hyderabad Company bus transportation available

Looking for a Senior HR Executive with at least 3 to 5 years’ experience in HR roles. Candidates with good experience will be considered.

Roles and Responsibilities

Sourcing profiles by visiting job portal / vendor management, candidate referrals, job posting, maintain CVs database, screen the CVs.

Interacting with the candidates and arranging the interviews of candidates.

Identify candidates, Conduct interviews and negotiate with them.

Managing day to day HR operations such as updating Attendance, approving leaves, preparing roaster sheets and communicating with the technical team Taking care of the Payroll ,TA/DA , ESI&PF monthly enrollments and filing Records Physical/soft copies maintaining. reports preparation monthly, quarterly & annual bases. Attendance maintenance. Correspondence of important files like increments , salary approvals etc. Doing the filing process, like salary statements etc. according to the state wise. Updating the ESI cards according to the employee needs and issuing. And various HR related works to be attended.

Qualifications/Requirements

Any Graduate Prefer MBA – HR
Ability to manage internal and external correspondence
Proficiency in appointment scheduling software such as MS Outlook, as well as call forwarding.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Exceptional interpersonal skills
Extensive experience in creating documents and spreadsheets, using office software such as MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
