Recruitment:
Sourcing profiles by visiting job portal / vendor management, candidate referrals, job
posting, maintain CVs database, screen the CVs.
Interacting with the candidates and arranging the interviews of candidates.
Identify candidates, Conduct interviews and negotiate with them.
On-boarding & Induction:
Generating offer letter, appointment letter, experience letter & handling other
documentation.
To keep a database of the employees along with their documents.
To take the induction of the new joiner, briefing them about company, it’s policy, their
work, introducing them to their Department etc
