Roles and responsibilities: Must know Surgeries :- Adenoidectomy Tonsillectomy / Tonsil Eear Surgery / Tympanoplasty Septoplasty Sinus Surgery Fess Surgery Thyroidectomy
Must Know :- Coblator and Microdebrider Count of Surgeries did independently :- Thyroidectomy :- 15 – 50 Clobaltor :- 15- 50 Microdebrider:- 50 – 100
Skills: Who can give availability from10am to 8pm
Should be flexible (travelling , hungry for own practice , eager to learn , receptive to training and work on weekends) Culture Fit (Understanding of the business)
Should be Presentable
Should have Very good Communication Skills
Should have an experience working with Corporate Hospitals (preferred)
Education: MBBS, MS, DNB, Fellowship if any
Experience: 2-4 Years
Budget: Upto 1.2 LPM + Traveling Allowance + Incentives
