Job Description :
· Multitasking with the ability and experience in managing multiple tasks and projects. Familiarity with and experience of working in plumbing and Fire Fighting..
· Should have good understanding of Plumbing and Fire Fighting Design Development.
· Should be proficient in MEP Services of large-scale building projects.
· Should have worked on AutoCAD, Detailing of Drawings..
· Should have knowledge on MEP Co-ordination with Architectural & Structural.
· Should have minimum knowledge in IBC, IEC, NEC Codes, and LOD Standards.
To work with enthusiasm, focus to deliver error-free, and quality controlled deliverables.
· Preparation of drawings for multi-unit buildings in accordance with client requirements, code requirements, engineering standards and site adjustments
Preparation of drawings for building permits from the beginning stage till the submission.
Attending online meetings with Clients, Project heads and other Supervisors Documented.
Desired Profile:
· Strong written and verbal communication skills in English language.
1-2 years in engineer design and drafting, with strong plumbing and fire fighting and a very comfortable approach with all aspects of building services.
· Passion and desire to learn and innovate.
· Willingness and motivation to work in a team environment.
· Candidates with long-term vision and dedication towards our profession.
· The individual must have sufficient interest and motivation to upgrade their technical expertise as required on an on-going basis.
