Position: Hindi Telecaller ( No Target Job )
Location: Madhapur, Hyderabad
Description:
- The Telesales will be responsible for Revenue generation, Handling Sales Meetings with Prospects, Explain the product and pitch the same to prospects.
- Follow ups, Deal Closures and Renewal of existing clients.
- Candidates with good Hindi communication and Negotiation skills are well suited for this profile.
- Candidate will have to manage CRM and Manage Database on timely basis
- We will be providing a comprehensive two week training related to various aspects of stock market, Communication and negotiation skills.
- After training, Candidates will be assigned live tasks on floor.
- Constantly upgrading skills as per client and market requirement
- Salary Range: 15000 for basic (exclusive of incentives)
- Incentives will be based on the targets completion which will be certain%.
QUALIFICATION:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree is Required
- Self Motivated and Target oriented
. communication and negotiation skills
- Any Fresher Or 6 months experience in BPO or International process (preferred)
Timings: 9am- 6pm
