Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Export Sales Executive with 2-4 years of hands-on experience in managing Export operations and documentation.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of international trade regulations, shipping procedures, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries, providing assistance, and addressing concerns promptly and professionally via phone, email, and other communication channels.
Coordinate the processing of customer orders, including booking shipments, arranging pickups and deliveries, and ensuring timely and accurate documentation to facilitate smooth cargo movement.
Monitor and track the status of shipments in transit, providing real-time updates to clients and proactively addressing any issues or delays to ensure timely delivery.
Ensure accurate and complete documentation for all customer transactions, including invoices, shipping labels, customs forms, and other relevant paperwork, adhering to regulatory requirements and company policies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs, anticipating future requirements, and proactively offering solutions and value-added services to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications:

2-4 years of experience in export operations and order fulfilment.
Knowledge of customs regulations and international shipping procedures.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
